THE DRYDEN OBSERVER JUMPS FROM A TRAIN HIS SKULL FRACTURED Return for Forgotten Grip May Cost the Life of Colin M. Kiel Colin M. Kiel, public school teacher at Osaquan on the main line of the C. P..R., 157 miles west of Port Arthur is in Mec- Kellar hospital, Fort William, with a fractured skull, sustained when he jumped off a moving express at Osaguan. Mr Kiel boarded the express at Tgnace. At Osaquan he got off, but had forgottenA his club bag in--one of the ccaches. He re- turned to get it, but before he obtained his bag the train had started to move out of the sta- fon steps of the coach and fell, strik- ing his head on one of tye railway ties. He was picked up uncon- scious and placed aboard East- bound Canadian Pacific Number Two. and brought to Fort Wil- lam. His condition is consider- ed serious--News Chronicle.
