Evidently all members do not faithfully play the game, as serious warning of trouble in store for some delinquents is re- ported. Difficulty has been found by many in the keeping of rule six but the committee are very much encouraged by a decided improvement and all are trying to get the better of old man slouch. The latest report is so very encouraging that we Churches BAPTIST CHURCH T. E. McAllister, Pastor 10 a.m.--Bible School, 11 a.m.--Morning Worship. 5.30 pm--~BYPT, 7.30 p.m. -- Gospel Service. "The health committee has much pleasure in presenting the report of the last three weeks. All members are trying hard to play the Health Game. Twenty-three have kept all the health rules. Allmem- bers had their weekly bath, boys had their hair washed once 'a week and the girls wash their hair at® least once every two weeks. All came to school clean every day. Out of 41 members, 38 cleaned their teeth every morning and night. 35 had clean nails, 40 washed before going to bed, 39 had their drink of water before breakfast, 41 slept with the window open. 32 had the ten hours sleep every night, 20 do not drink tea, 33 do not drink coffee, 20 neither tea nor coffee. KLOSE, General Hardware Dryden -- Ontario biapimipein] -- we hall have to inflict a pen- alty on two boys who contin- ually forget about cleaning their fingernails. There is still some difficulty about posture, a a very decided improvement has been shown among the mem- bers this last week." With such a report it is un- necessary to say that the time given by their teacher, Miss Wanda Weeks, in guiding her pupils in the Health Game is] well spent, no doubt she feels proud, and justly so, with the results of the extra work, which of her own volition she is under- taking. The fact that the attend- ance of the pupils in class from January first to now has been nearly 100%, shows that there has been very little sickness. perhaps many readers of this article will also have noticed the very high percentage of marks gained in exams. but you may not know that this class started last September with junior third second work and at the New Year went into Senior Third with which they are well up to stand- ard. They have had to work hard and we believe that the "Health Game'? has been, at least, partly the secret of suce- ess. One more inter esting item we were able to discover is the great interest shown by the members in watching their own development, each has a record card, made by them selves, on which they keep track of their weight and height. Perhaps" some have noticed the rushing business Miss Barker does on the occasion when it's time to weigh again. Results are very gratifyng and mostly all members of the class are gaining normally. Con- gratulations to Miss Wanda Weeks and The 1st Dryden Junior Red Cross Branch, may your shadow never grow less.
