Radio and hunting licenses are now on sale. CHURCH NEWS The Senior Women's RIission Circle of the Baptist Church held their annual Thank Offer- ing Meeting last Friday Night. October 9th. A large congrega- tion of members and friends greeted the ladies. Mrs. Con Anderson, president of the Migs- ion Circle had charge of the meeting. Mrs. T. Scott read the lesson and Mrs. HE. Ferns led in prayer. The pastor a lan- tern lecture on his trip and work in South America. Mrs. F. Parr and Mrs. F. Hardy sang very effectively "To the Regions Be- yond," followed by a dialogue entitled "Stewardship" taken by Misses G. Robinson, V. Rob- inson and L. Locking.
