DRYDEN In accordance with your in- structions, I made an inspection of the above named hospital on September 28th, and have the honour to report as follows: Building--This hospital is of wooden construction but is ex- tremely well built and is one of the few institutions of its size that is beyond criticism, apart from its being non-fire-proof. _Heating--The furnace is in A-} condition and appears adequate for the purpose.
