THE DRYDEN OBSERVER FOR the Past two weeks, this column of the paper has hinted at a thing called a Cherry Sale Tag THE time has now come to be more explicit. A. Cherry Sale Tag, is a round piece of paper, about two inches in diameter, and the colour of it is Cherry. This tag is printed, stating the one time price of an article, and the present cut price, it is gummed, and from time to time is stuck on various articles of this Store. There is nothing to it, except to allow the sales people move slow-selling "Merchandise. THERE is no Store in existence, whose proprietor or whose buyers can buy with prophetic instinct, or with methematical exactitude anticipate the wants, whims or humours of its patrons. Styles change, weather conditions vary, and the abilities of pocket books fluctuate. And because of all these factors we are introducing the Cherry Tag. SUPPOSING you want a Rain- coat or a pair of Boots, or a Suit of Clothes or a piece of Dress Goods, or a Dress, or Underwear, or in fact any of the thousand items we carry. If you see a Cherry Tag on an article stating that the price was $15.00 and is now $35.00, you will know that the Store profit is shot to pieces. It will be for you to decide, whether you will sooner pay $15 for a bang up-to-date article, or $5 for something that is equally good in quality, but that is a little out of date. So we say, meanwhile with confidence, where you sce a Cherry Tag you will know that you are getting good value, and that this Store is cheer- fully losing money on your pur- chase. SO much this time for the Cherry Sale Tag, Pl DRYDEN, Ont, , will be sent to investigate the claims This Star Touring Is still the favourite model of those who desire ser- vice and style combined with durability. This is a reproduction of The Studebaker Car Come and view the model on display in our New Showroom. "DRYDEN DISTRICT MOTOR GOMPANY T. H.
