Age 91; longtime resident of Northbrook IL, passed away at Midwest Hospice Center in Glenview; born in Chicago; graduated from high school in Dwight IL, attended U. of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana; served in U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII; worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance, W.J. Haines Company, James S. Kemper Insurance Agency and Arthur J. Gallagher, retired in 1995; preceded in death by two brothers, James and Louis Cooke - Date of Publication
