Ralph Dudley Cushman, age 87, of Glenview, died at Lutheran General Hospital. Services were held at Donnellan Fitzgerald Franklin Funeral Home in Skokie, with Rev. Robert Warskow of Glenview Community Church officiating. Mr. Cushman owned and operated Cushman Shoe Stores in Winnetka, Skokie and Park Ridge until retiring 15 years ago at age 72.
