Age 81; resident of Dallas TX, formerly of Dunwoody GA and Westport CT; born in New York City to Folger Schoonmaker and Elizabeth Greeley Decker, grew up in White Plains NY, Ridgewood NJ, Evanston and Glenview IL; graduated from New Trier H.S. in Winnetka; B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern U., member of Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity and served in ROTC; worked at International Mineral & Chemical Co.; later joined Union Carbide Corporation, retired as senior vice president in Atlanta office
