- Survived by: two sons, Gino Gambacorta of Glenview and Ermando Gambacorta of Deerfield; three sisters in Italy and six grandchildren.
Carolina Gambacorta of Glenview died in Glenbrook Hospital. She was 75. Born in Italy, Mrs Gambacorta formerly lived in Wilmette where she was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. A mass was said at the church, with Rev. Msgr Charles M presiding.
