Garard of Chicago; attended New Trier H.S. and Deerfield Academy in Deefield MA; degree in business from U. of Georgia, member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon; served in Air National Guard; began business career in advertising on the Kraft account for J. Walter Thompson; 30-year real estate broker for Baird and Warner; served as Director and longtime supporter of Allendale School for Boys and Girls; parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle Church in Northfield and Saints Faith, Hope & Charity Church in Winnetka; enjoyed golf, photography, skiing and travel; preceded in death by his sister, Genie Ann Garard Craighead - Date of Publication
