Age 91; resident of Madison WI; born in St. Paul MN to Barney and Rebecca Silver, eldest of four children; 1936 graduate of Mechanic Arts H.S.; worked for Ideal Leather Company, married Harry Rubenstein in March 1946 and moved to Virginia MN; member of B'nai Abraham Synagogue and its Sisterhood Chapter; age 45 enrolled in Mesabi State Community College, earned business degree and member of Phi Theta Kappa honorary fraternity; married Lou Glass in April 1975 and moved to Madison WI, joined Temple Beth El, 20-year treasurer of Rachel Jastrow Chapter of Hadassah, recognized by governor for teaching English as a Second Language; survived breast cancer in 2000 and 2008, CareWear volunteer in U. of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics; worked at Moffit and Fayram Ltd Accounting until last May; preceded in death by her husband, Harry
