Age 95; longtime resident of Glenview IL; opened dental practice in Glenview in 1946; past President of Chicago Dental Society 1975-76 and past President of Glenview Rotary; Funeral Mass on August 3, 2016 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church; preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine, a daughter, Michelle Justen and a sister, Bertha Skow
