Herskovits Library of African Studies at Northwestern U.; lecturer of Italian Language and Literature at Northwestern, Roosevelt and Loyola Universities; Italian language and diction coach at Bel Canto seminars in Busseto, Italy; taught Italian diction at Chicago Lyric Opera, Music of the Baroque, the Verdi Academy of Music in Busseto and Goteborg Opera House in Sweden; in Chicago area gave private seminars and lessons in Italian culture, language and literature; campaigned for civil rights, divestiture in aparthieid South Africa, ending the nuclear arms race, exposing U.S. imperialism in Latin America and elsewhere and championed to end injustice and suffering universally - Date of Publication
