Ivan E. Lowe, age 62, a Glenview resident for 28 years, died at Glenbrook Hospital. He was born in Parsons, Kansas, and worked as a district construction supervisor for Illinois Bell Telephone Company until his retirement in 1979. Services were conducted at William H.
