College of Law in 1953; 55-year resident of Evanston; served as alderman and state representative before being appointed Associate Judge of the Cook County Circuit Court with chambers in the Second District (Skokie) Courthouse from 1981 until he retired in 1998; taught corporate finance at U. of Notre Dame and at Duquesne U. in Pittsburgh; member of St. Nicholas Parish, Kiwanis Club of Evanston and Boys Hope Girls Hope of Illinios; preceded in death by his brother, Donald
