Katherine grew up in Glenview, IL, attending Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Regina Dominican High School. She was a 1964 graduate of Marycrest College, where she met her former husband. Cremation rites will be accorded following the Mass. Burial of ashes will be in Calvary Cemetery, Chicago, at a later date.
