Settlement's Evanston board; president of Visiting Nurse Association in Evanston; member of Fortnightly of Chicago, Westmoreland Country Club and Dancing Club of Evanston; a founder of Addison's Disease Support Group for Northern Illinois; preceded in death by her husband, George - Date of Publication
