Age 86; resident of Kenilworth IL for 42 years; born in Austin neighborhood of Chicago to James Arthur and Mary Greening Prindiville; grew up in Wheaton IL; graduated from Marmion Military Academy in Aurora, and Marquette U. in 1950 with degree in mechanical engineering, also a ROTC Navy ensign; served in U.S. Army during Korean War, 1950-52; employed at International Harvester, Victor Gasket (later Dana Corp.) and F.D. Farnham Co.; in 1970 founded Tecmar Inc. in 1970, led for 35+ years; member of Saints Faith, Hope and Charity Catholic Parish for 40+ years; preceded in death by a sister, Marie (Henry) Kay
