- Description
- This market fed many of the summer resort's cottagers. There is a central walkway with fourteen people and one baby in a carriage. Several of the women are holding baskets and one is holding a plucked chicken. On the ground and lining the left side of the walkway are four flat-bottomed four-wheeled wagons or trolleys holding baskets of fruit, vegetables and chickens. Next to these trolleys, a woman is standing in the foreground while a man stands in the background. On the right-hand side is one additional trolley. There is a building in the top right background.
