Edwards when their young- est daughter Teressa became the bride of Mr. Carl Hanson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hanson of Sherbrooke, Que. Rey. Mr. McKerracher iated. 3 The bride was charmingly gowned in shell pink chiffon with shoes and stockings to match and carried a shower bouquet of but- terfly roses. She was attended by Mrs. Herbert Jackson who wore green georgette and carried carnations and sweet peas. Mr. Herbert Jackson attended the groom. After the reception which was held at the home of the bride's parents. the happy couple left on a motor trip, the bride travelling in a chic French beige ensemble of flat crepe. After visiting Montreal and other Southern points, Mr. and Mrs. Hanson will take up resid- ence in Kirkland Lake. Out of town guests included: Mrs. A. Whittaker of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. J. Sapp, of Buf- falo, N. Y., both sisters of the bride. Dur ing the evening he was present- ed with a purse containing a sub- stantial sum of money as a token of the esteem in which he has been held during his pastorate and for the many years previous during which he has been well known in town. The presentation was made by Mr. F. Fitzgerald, who was chair- man of the gathering, amid many expressions of goodwill and good wishes on behalf of the congreg- ation.
