Wobitie: cea: Gamble. regret of the sudden Elwyn Jamieson, who following account of his death is from the Ottawa Journal: TIMMINS, Ont., May 31.--The hockey world of Northern Ontar- io received a stunning blow to- day in the death of Elwyn Jamie- son at Owen Sound, his former home. Mr. Jamieson has been for several years the well-known coach of the Porcupine senior hockey team, and he succeeded in taking the "Porkys" into, the Allan Cup play-offs at Toronto in two seasons. He left them in 1928 to take charge of the Haileybury seniors but returned to the Porcupine camp for the following season.
