Rea- vell at the meteorological station in Haileybury. The mean temperature for the month was 36.6 degrees, com- pared to 33.0 in 1932 and 38.0 as_ the mean for the 30 years during which records have been kept. There was registered a maximum temperature of 62 degrees and a minimum of 17 de- grees, while the figures for the month last year were 73 and two respectively. The rainfall for the month was 1.99 inches, which is higher than last year, when a total of 1.11 inches was regis- tered and is up on the average which stands at 1.38. Snowfall is registered as .57 inches, 89 in April 1932, and an average:of .60 for the 30 years.
