Jack McFarlane Haileybury on returned to Tuesday after several months prospecting in Northwestern Quebec and has gone to Toronto. The accident was reported to.provincial police headquarters here and officers learned that the boy was one of a party of four and that when the car was approaching, three ran to one side of the road and one to the other, with the result that the Maille boy was struck.
