The boys worked hard throughout the day, got their supplies at a reduced} rate and completed the day's sale with around $30 profit. This money will be very useful in the renewed activities of the Troop which had a sadly depleted trea-| sury when the lack of 2 Scout- master forced the cessation of all activities a year or two ago. Now the troop is on its feet again with its charter, from the provincial association intact and with the prospects for some good work during the winter months.. The Scoutmaster and the committee extend sincere thanks to the peo- ple who assisted so well on Sat- urday. The North Bay Board of Trade is planning to keep its tourist information bureau open through- out the year, if the necessary $2,500 can be raised. The bureau had 10,276 registrations this year which they figure means at least 20,000 persons, as only one person in each automobile is registered. a | Condensed Ads] | fof) Notice--Any person oe in- formation concerning the move- ments of E.
