Miss Clare Cotnam and Miss Violet Chesser motored to Killa- loe to spend the week-end. Two of Miss Cotnam's aunts returned with them for a visit. Canon and Mrs. Cyril Goodier are in Hamilton this week visit- ing one of Canon Goodier's sis- ters, who is ill, They will return to town today (Thursday). James G. Mitchell of Oshawa was here for week-end at the home of Mrs. J. W. Morrison, Miss Dorothy Morrison returned to Toronto by motor Sunday. Steven and Peter Bond left last Friday for a five week holiday to Sturgeon Lake and_ Brachin. Their grandfather, Mr. Bond, mo- tored up and took them down. Mr, and Mrs. J. R.
