COMMENCING at a point in the east limit of Lot 95, Plan M.37, distant 12° 614" mea- sured south along said limit from the north east angle of said -Lot. THENCE in a north easterly direction along the south limit of that portion of original Lane closed by By-law No. 274, and register- ed in the Office of Land Titles at Haileybury as Instrument 19803, a distance of 21° 4" to a point in the west limit of Lot 75 distant 21' 14" measured north along said west limit from the south west angle-of said Lot 75; THENCE south along the west limit of Lots 75 and 76--in all, a distance of 53' 214" to a point; THENCE in a south westerly direction a distance of 21' 6"' to a point in the east limit of Lot 94, Plan M.37, distant 20° 6°' mea- sured south along said limit from the north east angle of said Lot 94; THENCE north along the east limit of Lots 94 and 95 in all a distance of 54' 5%", more or less to the point of commencement.
