Pollock and the late Robert Pollock of Swastika. The Rey. Canon Goodier officiated. Given in marriage by her fath- er, the bride chose 4 gown of white chantilly lace over taffeta, made with a fitted bodice and full skirt with lace jacket with lily point sleeves. A matching head- dress held her shoulder veil and she wore a pearl studded brooch belonging to her mother. She carried a white Bible with an or- chid and streamers of lily of the valley The bride's sister Miss Betty Hutchison, was her only attend- ant wearing an ankle length gown of yellow net over taffeta with a yellow bolero and match- ing wide brimmtd crownless net hat. Yellow net wrist length mittens and yellow satin shoes completed the ensemble, Mr. John Pollock was best man for his brother and the ushers were Mr. Donald Ewer of Toron- to and Mr, Alexander Briden of Haileybury. After the wedding, seventy- five guest's were received at t he Haileybury Golf Club. A hand- Anglican' made lace cloth covered the pride's table centred with a three- tiered cake. Peonies and roses completed the setting. : Mrs. Hutchison received in a navy blue silk dress styled witha polero jacket. She wore matching accessories with a pear] necklace and a corsage of yellow roses. The groom's mother received in a navy blue sheer with matching accessories. The bride and groom left for Southern Ontario, the-bride tra- velling in a navy blue and white taffeta dress with a navy blue corded silk bolero and matching accessories.
