Everard, died last week in Victoria, B.C, where he has resided for the past fourteen years. Born in Somerset, England. he was the fourth son of Captain Courtnay Everard, R.N., a veter- an of the Crimean War. Mr. Everard wa eduated at Sher- bourne College and later went to New Zealand to attend the Min- ing School at Wihi. Shortly be- fore the First War he cam¢ and was associated with Mackintosh Bell, and North Thomp- son and Vipond Mines. Later, he was field engineer for Huronian selt and then was in private practice in Haileybury.
