GOLF CLUB NOTES Thirty-two golfers started this chase-the-white-pill season off in the first mixed two-ball four- some, It couldn't have been a more glorious day or week-end for the game and a steady roll of cars headed up the hill to enjoy their favorite summer _ sport. Flora MeFarlane and O. E. Walli Were better than the rest and the prize for low gross. Winners of the low net were Jean Grant and Ron Morissette. The Juniors played off in a competition too, with Judy Ledwell and Peter Bond taking the prize donated » by the captain, Flora McFarlane.
