Reavell, his son, Fraser and Mr. Thornton left yesterday for Montreal to meet friends ar- riving from England. Mr.and Mrs. A. C. Dempster and Mr}. and Mrs. J. Dempster and Bobbie were on a trip to Whitby for the week-end. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Hutchins and daughter, also Mrs. Clemens of Noranda, were in town the past week renewing old ac- quaintances.
