Obituary STEPHEN LISCUMB An old pioneer of this area, Stephen Liscumb died at Sudbury last Monday. He was 86. Mr. Liscumb came to Haileybury in 1909, and worked in the O'Brien mines. at Cobalt. He remained in Haileybury until 1922, when he moved to Kirkland Lake after the Haileybury fire. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Mary Elizabeth Scott, andone son, William Edward Liscumb. He is survived by four sons, John Wesley, Cobalt; Stan- ley Russell, Toronto; Stephen Hilliard, Dobie; and Borden, Kirkland Lake, Three daughters also sur- vive. They are Mabel, Mrs. Joe Belanger of Kirkland Lake; Ray, Mrs. Percy Manuel, Haileybury; Nellie, Mrs. Gordan Lintlop, Elliot Lake. Funeral services will be heldtomorrow, Fri- day, at2p.m. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant cemetery. Rev. W. W. Wilkinson will officiate.
