Neelands was hostess for the members of the Haileybury Local Association of Girl Guides for their March meeting held on Monday evening. _ Guide leaders, Mrs. W. Taylor and Mrs. R. Wilson were present. Secretary, Mrs. G. Vezina and treasurer, Mrs. G. Byles, read their reports. Included in.the cor- respondence was a letter from the Haileybury Recreation Commis- sion, enclosing a grant. Mrs. D.- Herbert, District Com- missioner, was appointed as dele- |gate to attend the Provincial An- nual Meeting in St. Catherines on April 21 and 22.
