To sit down quietly by 'one's self, to study, to read, or just to think, without the shimmying 'television, the blaring radio, (both as loud as possible, of course), or someone to talk to, just. doesn't seem to be the accepted thing, does it? Personally, although I thoroughly enjoy meeting people, both in and out of my home, I do appreciate a quiet evening at home,, with the radio turned. off, vision) a fire in the fireplace and a good book or-magazine handy.
