Her bouquet was a cascade of red roses and lily of the valley. She wore 'a three strand pearl necklace, a gift from 'the bridegroom. Attending the bride as maid of honour was her cousin, Miss Ther- esa St. Onge of Ottawa and (the bridesmaid was Miss Danielle Lauzon of Cobalt, sister of the groom. They were gowned in dresses of white silk organza patterned with yellow embroidered flowers, and cummerbunds of yellow shirred taffeta. Their accessories were in yellow and they carried baskets of yellow and white mums with yellow rib- bon streamers. Royal Laverne of Ottawa was best man and tthe usher was the bride's brother, Roger Belanger. The reception was held at the Cobalt Community Hall with ithe catering handled (by tthe Ladies Auxiliary to the Canadian Legion. (Mrs. Belanger received the guests wearing a dress of brown anid beige printed nylon sheer with maltching duster and whilte acces- sories.' Her \consage was of yellow moses, 'She twa's assisted by Mrs. Lauzon who wore a royal blue sequin dress, lighit blue accessories anda consage of pink roses. _ The bride and groom left for a honeymoon trip to Montreal, Gianby dnd Niagara Falls. ' For travelling the bride wore a beige sheath dress with matching duster, orange. ice .accessories and a cor; sage of orange ice mums. On 'their return 'they will reside in Cobalt. ' that-one car smashed into the Two Injured Two cars were wrecked and two men hospitalized in a crash on highway 11 at the old Splint Factory Tuesday evening. In hospital are Roger Perrier, 20, driver of a 56 model car, and his passenger, Roger Turgeon. Both men were from Timmins. The Perrier car was involved in a collision with a car driven by Yvon Delisle, 26, of North Cobalt. The Perrier car ended a wild skid by rolling over and ending upside down against the factory wall. -- The two men were dragged 'through the windows by police and _-- spectators. et Delisle escaped injury al- though his car rolled over. Damages to the two vehicles was estimated at more than $2,500. Police said that the cause of. the accident has not been determined but that ini- tial ~ investigations " indicated back of the other while both were passing. other vehicles.
