MCADOO TELEGRAM THANKS WORKERS IN LOAN DRIVE Local bank officials have received the following copy of a telegram from Secretary of the Treasury, William G. McAdoo in which he voices gratitude over the wonderful success of the Third Liberty Loan drive and over the active interest and splendid work of the local or- ganization. The telegram reads in full as fol- lows : "Please accept my warmest con- gratulations on the magnificent suc- cess of the Third Liberty loan. It is a triumph of sound war financing and is highly creditable to the in- telligence and patriotism of the American people. I hope that every purchaser, of Wads will keep them for his own good_ and for his country's sake.
