IN MEMORIUM. The Sunday-school of the Methodist church has unanimously passed the following resolutions in regard to the death of Mrs. M. E. Barker and her son. The Sunday-school of the First Methodist Episcopal church, of Wilmette, has learned with profound sorrow, of the death of Mrs. M. E. Barker and of Charlie, her son. Mrs. Barker endeared herself to the entire school and especially to the large class of young people, who ever found in her a bright and helpful teacher. Her presence was an inspiration to all associated with her. The school will greatly miss her cheerful council and ready help. We shall also miss Charlie Barker, whose gentle spirit and kindly ways made him beloved by teacher and scholars. Resolved, That this school extend its sympathy to Mr. Barker, Myra and Junior, and that we assure them of our prayers in their behalf to our Father in Heaven, that He will comfort and sustain them in this hour of great sorrow. Signed on behalf of the school. G. E. Fernald, H.G. Leonard, J. E. Davis.
