Woltz, Roy and Wolf, Marion (Married)

Miss Marion Wolf of Wilmette has selected her cousin, Miss Mary Lent of Kenilworth, to be her only attendant at her marriage on June 17, to Roy Woltz, son of Mr. and Mrs. John D. Woltz, son of Mr. and Mrs. John D. Woltz of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Miss Wolf's brother, John Wolf, will serve Mr. Woltz as best man. The ceremony will take place in the evening at 8:30 o'clock, at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Harry J. Wolf, 819 Greenwood avenue. The Rev. James Veneklasen of the Presbyterian church of Wilmette will officiate. Mr. Woltz is in business in Chicago. He and his bride will make their home in Evanston. On the afternoon of June 9, Mrs. James Wigglesworth of Winnetka and Miss Mary Lent, formerly of Winnetka, will be co-hostesses at a dessert bridge and accessory shower at Mrs. Wigglesworth's home. Mr. and Mrs. A.W. Wigglesworth of Kenilworth will entertain at a tea on Sunday in Miss Wolf's and Mrs. Woltz's honor. Miss Ruth King of Wilmette is having a pantry shower and bridge at her home on Monday June 12. Miss Gertrude Copeland of the Orrington hotel will be hostess on Tuesday of next week at a buffet supper and shower. Those who entertained last week for Miss Wolf are Mrs. William H. Ellis and her daughter, Mrs. Harding Van Schaack of Wilmette, who gave a bridge tea and kitchen shower on June 3, at Mrs. Ellis' home. On the evening of June 3, a club to which Miss Wolf's mother belongs, entertained at a buffet dinner and miscellaneous shower at the home of one of the members, Mrs. Victor B. Scott, 825 Forest avenue, Wilmette. On Monday, June 5, Miss Virginia Evers of Wilmette and Miss Louise Claubaugh of Winnetka were co-hostesses at a miscellaneous shower and evening bridge at Miss Ever's home.
