- Jerry Morse-Karzen, head girls tennis coach at New Trier High School , and his 20-year-old daughter, Becky, captured the national championship at the USTA Father-Daughter Hard Court Championships held June 3-4 in San Diego.
Chicago Wind National Black Under-13 boys squad won Illinois State Cup recently in Rockford. Gavin Craig of Wilmette is a member of the championship squad.
