- Frank J. Seng died in Presbyterian hospital, Chicago, Sunday night. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Bichl Seng, his daughters, Mrs. Charles H. Holland and Mrs. Jerome K. Flaherty, and Francis A. and Raymond A. Mr. Seng was born in Chicago in 1869 and lived there until 1909 when he moved to Wilmette, where he made his home at 435 Lake avenue. Mr. Seng was a member of the Wilmette Park board from 1931 to 1935.
