- Wilmette will have contested elections for both Village Board dand Park Board April 7. Four candidates have filed petitions for three trustee seats on the Village Board: Lali Watt, Alan Swanson, Cameron Krueger and Ted McKenna. Village President Chris Caning is running unopposed for re-election. Four candidates also filed for three seats on the Park Board: Michel Murdock, Carol Farrell, James Brault and Darrell Graham.
