- New Trier High School senior Hemingway "Emmi" Benton represented the US at the Junior World Championships held in the Czech Republic recently. She was one of 16 girls in the U.S. to qualify for the US Rowing Junior Team. The team finished first. New Trier graduates Connor Jones and Patrick O'Hara also were members of the US. Junior National Team competing in the Czech Republic.
