- June Naponelli, 51, of Crystal Lake, died Monday, Dec. 20, 2004, surrounded by her family at her home. She was born June 20, 1953, in Waukegan. She was married to Richard Naponelli for 28 beautiful years. Survivors include her husband; six children, Sarah (Roman) Gold, Richard Jr., Jena, Michael, Miriam and Tina; her mother, Shirley Kanthack; and four siblings, Charlene Sherman, Regina (Rudy) Schaar, Edward (Edie) Kanthack and John (Mary Ellen) Kanthack. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Kanthack, in 1998. Mass will be held at The Church of Holy Apostles, 5211 W. Bull Valley Road, McHenry.
