Lucille E. Mellen, 81, of Elgin, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 20045 in Sherman Hospital. She was born March 15, 1923 in Elgin, the daughter of William A. and Bertha (Larson) Martin. She was the mother of Mark (Kamela) Mellen of Algonquin. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Leonard F. Mellen on March 26, 1999. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Park, Elgin.
