Janice D. Jorgensen, 50, of Sleepy Hollow, formerly of Deerfield died Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at Provena St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin. She was born February 12, 1954, the daughter of Richard and Marilyn (Clark) Derebey in Evanston. In 1976, she married Robert S. Jorgensen in Deerfield. She was the mother of Karin (Ryan) Smith of Lake in the Hills.
