Bryan R. Artel, 26, of Algonquin died suddenly at Sherman Hospital in Elgin. He was born June 5, 1979 in Elmhurst. He is survived by his parents, Jeanne M. and Robert A. Artel; siblings, Michael and Kelly Artel; and grandparents, Robert J. and Marilyn Artel and Ann Jean Jakubauskas. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard L. Jakubauskas of Algonquin.
