Clark, Louis Austin (Died)

Louis Austin Clark, for many years a resident of Wilmette, passed away suddenly last Sunday in Miami, Fla. He was 71 years of age. Mr. Clark, president of Samuel Harris and company, distributors of machinery tools, was a native of Northhampton, Mass., and moved to Chicago in 1895. After they gave up their home in Wilmette, some years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Clark lived at the Orrington hotel in Evanston. Funeral services were to be held on Thursday afternoon at the First Methodist church, Evanston, with burial at Forest Home cemetery. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Satie Harris Clark, and by three sons, Wendell Harris Clark, 711 Kent road, Kenilworth, Samuel Harris Clark, 135 Fuller lane, Winnetka, and Gordon Sterling Clark, 2712 Broadway avenue, Evanston.
