- 1424 Gregory Avenue is best preserved example of a Sears kit home; 1429 Gregory Avenue won an award for restoration by owners Andrew and Brenda Werth. Other 2003 award winners were 1012 Ashland Avenue for new construction; 807 Chestnut Avenue and 912 12th Street both for preservation; 116 Sixth Street for an addition and 627 Lake Avenue for a restoration and an addition.
