- Former Kenilworth resident John "Jack" Andrews Jr., 78, died March 13, 1993 at a hospital in Tyler, Texas. Mr. Andrews was born in Cleveland, Ohio. Survivors include his wife, Anne F. Andrews of Tyler; two brothers, Otis G. Andrews of Encinitas, Calif., and Dr. Donald R. Andrews of Tyler; one [sic.] a sister, Patricia Ann Shelton of Emerald Bay., Cailf. Graveside funeral services were scheduled for today, March 18, at Cathedral In The Pines Memorial Gardens in Tyler.
