- Walter S. Rogowski, 56, of Winnetka, died of cancer Saturday at Highland Park Hospital. Born in Chicago on May 8, 1929, Mr. Rogowski grew up in Strickland, Wis. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte; a daughter, Marisia Adams, both of Winnetka; a son, Mark, of Burlington, N.C.; his father, Albert, of LeClaire, Iowa; and two grandchildren, Marianne Rogowski and E.J. Adams; and his brother, Edward, of Coal City, Ill. Burial was at St. Adelbert Cemetery in Niles.
