- Sister Adrienne Piennette announced establishment of the Thomas M. Mints Jr. Endowment Fund. Thomas Mints died in August 2003. The Mints family includes three alumnae of Regina Dominican High School: Mary Mints, class of 1972, Martha Mints Boudewyns, class of 1974, and Elizabeth Boudewyns, class of 2002; Michael Small was nominated as the most influential teacher by former students entering Quincy University this fall; Description of Ring Day ceremony; "Wizard of Oz," fall musical, included Katherine Glavin, Anna Stevens, Margaret Cremin, Annie Tierney, Farah Ahmad and Christine O'Brien, all of Wilmette, were in the cast. Ola Wojciechowska of Glencoe was backstage director. David Hiett and Dianne Weinand, faculty members, directed; Ann Fernholz Lavin, class of 1976, is one of seven women to be inducted into the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association's Hall of Fame in April 2004. Lavin is the aunt of Regina Dominican sophomore, Katherine Fernholz of Wilmette.
